What’s your refund policy?

We treat every refund request individually. If you need to request a refund from us, please make sure you tell us:

  • The date of your visit
  • Which car park you stayed at
  • The time of your stay
  • Why you’d like a refund

You’ll also need to send us a copy of your ticket. If we do need to return any money to you we’ll arrange a BACS transfer.

Along with a copy of your ticket we’ll need to know the following:

  • The name on your account
  • Your account number
  • Your sort code
  • The name of your Bank/Building Society
  • Your Building Society Role Number (If applicable)

We have a BACS run every week on a Tuesday. It usually takes three working days for the money to appear in your bank account.

If you would like a cheque refund, we can do this but only if the amount is more than £50. Please note that cheques can take up to 14 days reach you.

We can arrange a refund back onto the card you paid with. For a card refund we require the below information in addition to the refund information detailed above:

  • Your full card number
  • The amount paid
  • The date the payment was taken.

Once processed, the refund will take 3-5 working days to show in your account.
